Is it your goal to become an Agile Coach? Let us teach you the keys!

This series will not only help you be a more effective Scrum Master or leader, but it also sets you above the competition.

Scrum Superpowers start with coaching--it increases the velocity of transformation and supports the development of high-performing teams in ways that nothing else can. Whether you are new or experienced, this 12-hour introduction to coaching focuses on developing professional, evidence-based coaching skills.

Our master coaches will teach you the fundamentals of adopting a coaching mindset, and creating presence within your role, and immediately putting it all into practice.

This interactive series of three half-day workshops is designed to help you develop the self-awareness needed as a coach and practice the tools and techniques to coach your team to success.

Participants will share common challenges that lead to the dysfunction and breakdown of the Development Team and experience the power and benefits of the coaching process.

When you attend this training you will:

  • Gain the confidence and courage needed to foster the safe, trusting and respectful environment needed for open communication, focus and forward movement.

  • Learn to detect when the team is feeling stuck and apply coaching skills to help your team progress as a self-sustaining, high performing team.

  • Discover and practice coaching techniques utilized by professional coaches with over 25 years combined experience in catalyzing transformation and sustainable change.

  • Practice coaching and apply tools to your real work scenarios.

  • Recognize the sabotaging thinking and behaviors in yourself and within your team that obstruct continuous improvement and what to do about it.

  • Pay attention to language and actions that hinder positive relationships and ask the powerful questions to uncover the dysfunction and shift unproductive conclusions.
