Coaching increases the velocity of transformation and supports the development of high performing teams. Whether you are new to scrum or an experienced Scrum master, this 4-hour introduction to Coaching focuses on developing the coaching skill of discernment.

Agile Coach, Matt Kirlov, ICF credentialed Coaches, Donna King, ACC, and award-winning PCC Coach, Flame Schoeder, will teach you the fundamentals of how you can adopt a coaching mindset, and create presence within your scrum master role, and immediately put your learnings into practice.

This interactive half-day workshop is designed to help you develop the self-awareness needed as a coach and practice the tools and techniques to coach your team to success.
