Develop your Scrum Superpowers by learning the secrets of Coaching! Let us teach you the skills to do it in Module 2 of this 3 part series.
We require that you complete Module 1 prior to taking Module 2. Module 1 will be offered at 8:00am-12:00pm and Module 2 will follow from 1:00pm-5:00pm.
This class will not only help you be a more effective as a Scrum Master, but it also differentiates you as a top Scrum Master and sets you above the competition.
Coaching increases the velocity of transformation and supports the development of high performing teams. Whether you are new to scrum or an experienced Scrum master, this interactive half-day workshop is designed to help you develop the coaching mindset and presence needed to coach your team to success.
Participants will share common challenges and experience the power and benefits of the Coaching process. When you attend this training you will learn to:
Work in the moment and know what to do when met with frustration, resistance and cynicism.
Clarify when to coach and when to tap into other scrum roles.
Hold space and foster openness so solutions and innovation can emerge
Ensure values are in alignment so the right actions are produced.
Cultivate the safe, trusting environment needed for high quality.
Practice and apply the tools and techniques to real work scenarios.
Agile Coach, Matt Kirlov, ICF credentialed Coaches, Donna King, ACC, and award-winning PCC Coach, Flame Schoeder, will teach you the fundamentals of how you can adopt a coaching mindset, and create presence within your scrum master role, and immediately put your learnings into practice.
You will receive a certification that satisfies prerequisite for Module 3 scheduled for December. Participation in this class can be applied toward Scrum Alliance and PMI continuing education credits.
